RHA Executive council 2025-2026 

Selection for the 2025-2026 RHA Executive Council will take place in two phases:

  • The following positions will be Elected in late Winter Quarter 2025:

    • President

    • Administrative Vice President

    • Financial Vice President

    • Programming Vice President

  • The following positions will be selected via an application & interview process in Spring Quarter:

    • Media Coordinator

    • Health & Wellness Coordinator

    • Environmental Awareness Chair Coordinator

    • International Student Engagement Chair Coordinator

    • Queer & Trans Student Engagement Chair Coordinator


Elections 2025-2026

Timeline:

  • Intent to Run form due: Sunday, February 23rd at 11:59pm

  • Mandatory Candidates Meeting: Monday, February 24th, time TBD

  • Campaigning: Tuesday, February 25th through Thursday, March 6th at 12pm

  • Voting: Tuesday, March 4th through Thursday, March 6th at 12pm

  • Results Announced: Friday, March 7th via RHA Instagram

 

Intent to Run

All individuals wishing to run in the RHA Elections must complete the below Intent to Run form by Sunday, February 23rd at 11:59pm.

voting will take place Tuesday, March 4th - Thursday, March 6th at 12pm (noon).

the electronic ballot will be sent via email to all residents on march 4th.

The ballot will require that a perm number is entered to be submitted. Perm numbers will be verified to ensure only current residence hall residents are voting. Any votes submitted by individuals who do not currently live in the residence halls will be voided.

 

Coordinator positions

The Coordinator positions, along with any vacant positions following the election, will require an application and interview. The application is anticipated to open on Monday, March 31st and will be available on this page. The application will be due Sunday, April 13th and interviews will take place form Monday, April 14th - Thursday, April 17th.
